Yes, it is easy to change accountant. We will require access to your financial information and permissions for it to be moved over to us from your previous accountant. This is a relatively simple process, and we will help you through it.

Yes, we can work either in person or remotely. Our clients are based both in the UK and abroad. 

This depends on your circumstances, what we have agreed, and what retained services you have engaged us for. We will ensure we keep you updated, informed, and engaged. 

We use Xero, the cloud-based accounting software system. We are a Xero-certified partner firm and can offer more Xero bookkeeping solutions than are available to the public. We also have dedicated secure client and partner portals.

We offer several options for our retained services, and these are based on a flat monthly fee. Once we have established what you need in your 60-minute consultation we will offer you a package that only includes the services you need right now. As your business evolves, your needs are likely to change. Our package will flex and grow accordingly to support you at whatever stage you are at. Our ethos of honesty and integrity means that you will never be offered services you don’t need or be charged inflated or unfair prices.
